消息面上，乐普生物在2026 ASCO上披露的MRG006A针对标准治疗失败后的晚期肝癌患者的I期临床试验数据相当优异。MRG006A切入的是全球尚无获批ADC的肝癌领域，代表的是尚未被充分开发的新路径，又已经初步跨过临床验证门槛。意味着它有可能成为下一款具备BD想象空间的中国first-in-class ADC项目。
国联民生证券此前发布研报称，MRG006A是国内首个申报临床、全球首个进入临床阶段的GPC3靶向ADC，具备FIC潜质。GPC3在70%~80%肝细胞癌中高表达，与肿瘤生长、侵袭等不良预后密切相关，被视为精准靶向肝癌细胞的“黄金靶点”，为MRG006A的精准治疗奠定了坚实基础。
