OFX Group (ASX:OFX) said its strategic review remains active and ongoing, with continued engagement with multiple parties, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
There is no certainty that the review will result in any transaction or other outcome, the company said.
The company's shares rose nearly 1% in recent trading on Tuesday.
