智通财经APP讯，新福港(01447)公布，于2026年6月30日，该公司间接全资附属榆敏有限公司拟向粤海水务控股有限公司出售百威环保科技有限公司51%股权，代价为4439.04万港元。
目标公司由集团于2017年12月收购，以供集团进军污水及饮用水处理行业。于收购目标公司后数年内，集团继续透过运用目标公司的专业知识及技术从事污水及水处理厂的机电安装公共工程。于保留目标公司的49 %权益同时，出售事项适时为集团提供机会，以变现目标公司的内在价值、实现投资收益，并将所得款项重新调配至预期可带来更高资本回报的业务及项目，与集团现有业务及资产基础产生更强协同效应。
