ServiceNow与埃森哲周一宣布推出一项联合解决方案，旨在帮助企业解决向新一代风险平台迁移时面临的两大障碍：高昂的成本和复杂的流程。

　　随着网络攻击手段不断升级，美国数据泄露的平均成本在2025年已达到每起1022万美元的历史新高，同比增长9%。同时，AI技术将漏洞从被发现到被利用的时间窗口从数月压缩至数小时。在此背景下，企业迫切需要将传统的、孤立的风险管理工具升级为能够实现自主决策和快速响应的智能系统。

　　此次推出的联合方案包含两个核心部分：

　　AI驱动的托管安全服务：在ServiceNow AI平台上部署智能代理，实现供应商的自动化监控和生命周期管理，并提供统一的综合风险与第三方风险管理视图。该服务还包括将IT与运营技术风险融合的运营风险管理，以及能自动监测法规变化并响应以进行主动合规管理的功能。

　　AI遗留系统迁移方案：这是埃森哲提供的一项关键自动化迁移解决方案，旨在帮助企业以更低的成本、更小的业务中断，从原有的风险平台迁移到ServiceNow AI平台，从而加快实现新系统的价值。

　　埃森哲全球网络安全首席技术官Rex Thexton表示，企业需要的是连接风险洞察、自动化决策和规模化响应的能力，而不仅仅是孤立的工具。ServiceNow安全和风险产品集团副总裁Lou Fiorello则指出，双方的合作正在将自主运营的未来变为现实。
