金吾财讯 | MOMENTA-W(06880)今日起招股，拟发行1993.83万股H股，其中10%为香港发售，90%为国际发售，另有15%超额配股权。每股发售价295.60港元。每手20股，入场费5971.62港元。股份预期将于7月8日挂牌上市。中金公司、德意志银行为联席保荐人。以发售价295.6港元计算，预期集资净额约56.15亿港元，拟将其中约60%用于未来五年内用于强化主线研发，包括主线算法、自动化工具链以及Momenta主线平台，以巩固公司在智能驾驶行业技术创新方面的领先优势。约20%用于加速公司自动驾驶出租车服务解决方案的商业化进程与规模化发展。约10%用于巩固量产车解决方案、支持下一代产品开发，并进一步深化与全球整车厂的长期合作。约10%（即561.5百万港元），将用作营运资金及一般企业用途。14名基石投资者合共认购金额为29.44亿港元，基石投资者有6个月禁售期。
