公司位于英国、新加坡的供应链业务，以及哥斯达黎加、墨西哥、波兰、罗马尼亚、马来西亚多地的岗位，将移交埃森哲承接

位于伦敦、名为 “环球大厦” 的英美烟草总部大楼。该公司官网数据显示，英美烟草全球员工总数为 4.7 万人。

　　英美烟草（BATS，跌幅 1.52%）计划通过裁员与业务外包的方式精简近五分之一的员工规模，以此压缩成本、优化运营架构。

　　这家拥有好彩、健牌等香烟品牌的烟草企业于周一披露，计划在今年年底前裁减约 5500 个岗位；除此之外，还有约 3500 个工作岗位将外包给埃森哲等合作服务商（ACN，涨幅 2.51%）。根据公司官网数据，英美烟草目前在全球共有 4.7 万名员工。

　　英美烟草表示，其位于英国、新加坡的供应链运营业务，以及分布在哥斯达黎加、墨西哥、波兰、罗马尼亚、马来西亚全球服务中心的部分岗位，均将交由埃森哲承接运营。

　　公司同时透露，过去两年间一直在整合旗下工厂布局，其中就包括关停位于南非海德堡的生产工厂。

　　本次人员与业务调整，属于英美烟草去年启动的重组计划范畴。公司目标是到 2028 年，每年节约约 6 亿英镑（折合 7.921 亿美元）运营成本，目前各项运营优化举措均按计划稳步推进。
