智通财经APP讯，映美控股(02028)发布公告，于2026年6月29日，公司拟配售最多1.226亿股公司新股份，相当于公司现有已发行股本约16.66%，及公司经发行配售股份扩大后的已发行股本约14.28%。配售价每股配售股份港币0.72元，较6月29日收市价每股港币0.890元折让约19.10%。假设配售事项全面完成，其将筹得所得款项总额约8830万港元及所得款项净额约8640万港元。
董事会拟将配售事项的所得款项净额用于以下用途：(i)约21.99%或港币1900万元将用于员工工资及福利开支，预期将于配售完成后12个月内获悉数动用;(ii)约46.76%或港币4040万元将用于公司日常营运的采购开支，包括与生产打印机、医疗设备及其他产品相关的原材料的采购成本，预期将于配售完成后12个月内获悉数动用;(iii)约31.25%或港币2700万元将用于偿还集团的银行贷款，预期将于配售完成后3个月内悉数动用。
