糖尿病技术公司MiniMed周一宣布，任命爱尔康首席执行官David Endicott与美敦力高管Linnea Burman为公司董事会成员，即日生效。董事会规模从9人扩大至11人。
Endicott目前担任全球眼科护理巨头爱尔康的首席执行官，自2019年起担任爱尔康董事，此前主导了爱尔康从诺华分拆并重返公开市场的全过程。MiniMed首席执行官Que Dallara表示，Endicott拥有数十年跨医疗健康领域的运营领导经验，其主导分拆上市的亲身经历对MiniMed作为独立公司发展尤为重要。
Endicott的职业生涯涵盖多家全球制药和医疗器械企业，曾在辉瑞旗下Hospira输液系统公司担任总裁，并在艾尔建任职超过25年，领导业务覆盖美国、欧洲、亚洲及拉丁美洲。他将在MiniMed薪酬与人才委员会任职。
Burman现任美敦力高级副总裁兼神经血管业务总裁，在美敦力任职超过19年，历任使能技术、颅脑及脊柱技术、盆腔健康与胃部治疗等业务的副总裁及总经理。美敦力在MiniMed今年早些时候完成分拆及IPO后仍为其最大股东，并指定Burman出任董事会成员。
MiniMed于今年从美敦力分拆独立上市，专注于胰岛素输送系统、持续血糖监测及算法技术，服务全球超过80个国家的糖尿病患者。
