智通财经APP讯，旺山旺水-B(02630)公布，中国证监会近期已就实施H股全流通向公司出具了备案通知书。根据备案通知书，公司就10 名股东持有的合计 约1亿股未上市股份实施H股全流通向中国证监会作出的备案已经完成。该等约1亿股H股将于完成有关转换及联交所授出上市批准后于联交所主板上市及买卖。备案通知书的有效期为12个月。若公司希望在备案通知书出具之日起12个月后继续进行转换及上市，则需向中国证监会更新备案。
