智通财经APP讯，上汽集团(600104.SH)发布公告，公司子公司上海汽车集团金控管理有限公司(简称“上汽金控”)、华域汽车系统(上海)有限公司(简称“华域上海”)、东华汽车实业有限公司(简称“东华汽车”)、上海新动力汽车科技股份有限公司(简称“动力新科”)拟与上海国投先导集成电路私募投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)等公司共同参与上海尚颀尚成二号私募投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)扩募。
该基金认缴出资总额由25亿元增加至33.8889亿元，其中上汽金控认缴出资由10亿元增加至12亿元、华域上海认缴出资3亿元、东华汽车认缴出资1亿元、动力新科认缴出资1亿元。公司子公司参与产业投资基金扩募是在保证日常经营和主营业务发展的基础上，围绕公司主责主业和总体规划，持续完善智能电动汽车产业链、产业生态及更多前瞻技术布局，致力在公司加快形成新质生产力的过程中发挥强链、补链、拓链的重要作用。
