　　据The Information报道，百度（09988.HK）旗下昆仑芯计划赴港上市，目标估值约500亿美元（约合人民币3399亿元）。

　　报道还称，昆仑芯正在邀请IPO投资者购买其半导体产品，腾讯已成为其客户，字节跳动亦在考虑采用其AI芯片。

　　目前，昆仑芯P800已完成规模化验证，2025年至今已交付多个万卡集群，并在全国产集群上完成文心5.1重要版本训练。

　　报道引述参与路演的人士的话称，昆仑芯在香港IPO筹备期间，优先考虑那些承诺购买其芯片的投资者。

　　据称部分参与昆仑芯IPO股份认购的机构，被要求购买价值相当于其认购金额3到7倍的昆仑芯芯片。

　　受上述消息影响，6月29日上午，百度港股盘中一度大涨8.70%。

　　截至午盘，该股报105.8港元，上涨7.14%，公司总市值2879.90亿港元（约合人民币2496亿元），比昆仑芯IPO目标估值低近三成。
