Datang Environment Industry (HKG:1272) unit Datang (Beijing) Water Engineering & Technology agreed to sell certain assets for 76.5 million yuan, according to a June 26 Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the environmental services provider were down 1% in Monday afternoon trading.

Jiangsu Datang International Jiangsu Lvsigang Power Generation will acquire the assets, comprising fixed assets, buildings, building structures and other ancillary facilities, and machinery equipment under its long-term contract energy management project.

Jiangsu Lvsigang Power Generation is 55% owned by Datang International Power Generation (HKG:0991, SHA:601991), which is 35.34% held by China Datang, Datang Environment Industry's controlling shareholder.
