消息面上，越疆科技近期发布公告称，公司已指示受托人启动股份购买事宜，将使用激励计划专项资金，以当前市价在二级市场购入公司H股，用于落实H股股份激励计划。预期以不超过2亿港元的总代价进行股份购买。6月26日晚，公司披露于6月25日至6月26日期间，受托人已根据H股股份激励计划的条款及条件，从市场购买合共30.02万股H股，并为合资格参与者的利益以信托方式持有。
光大证券此前指出，越疆是当前少数同时具备全球协作机器人龙头地位与具身智能全栈自研能力的稀缺标的。考虑到公司2026年协作臂业务进入新品放量、客户复购、产能扩张与盈利改善的多重共振期，具身智能业务出货目标明确、商业化落地加速，上调26-28年营收预测至7.5/10.8/15.3亿元，对应同比增速分别52%/45%/41%，该行认为越疆当前估值相较可比公司韩国斗山机器人存在明显折价，回A推进有望催化估值修复。
