6月29日，全球领先的AI硅光互连企业——北京海光芯正科技股份有限公司（下称“海光芯正”）于香港联交所主板正式挂牌上市。此次海光芯正全球发售价格为每股114港元，发行总规模约为15.31亿港元（绿鞋前）。华泰国际于本次发行中担任独家保荐人、整体协调人、保荐人兼整体协调人、全球协调人、账簿管理人及牵头经办人。
