ChainCatcher 消息，据路透社报道，知情人士透露，中国存储芯片制造商长鑫存储（CXMT）已与腾讯达成一项价值超 200 亿元人民币（约 30 亿美元）的长期供应协议。该协议主要涵盖未来 3 到 5 年内用于服务器的 DRAM 芯片供应。
报道指出，此项大规模合作正值长鑫存储筹备在上海科创板进行 295 亿元人民币规模 IPO 之际。据悉，长鑫存储目前正与其他几家中国头部互联网企业洽谈类似合作，并正在上海建设新的 DRAM 工厂。预计新产能全面投入后，其 DRAM 晶圆月产能将翻倍至约 60 万片。
