【中国海关与摩洛哥海关签署AEO互认安排】6月26日，中国海关与摩洛哥海关签署“经认证的经营者”互认安排。海关总署企业管理和稽查司副司长齐溟表示，互认安排的签署，标志着中摩两国在贸易便利化领域迈出关键一步，今年新修订的《中华人民共和国海关注册登记和备案企业信用管理办法》新增了认证企业这一信用等级，并明确高级认证企业和认证企业均为中国海关AEO企业。本次中摩互认是中国海关首次按照新的企业分类开展互认合作，使更多企业尤其是中小企业能够享受到摩洛哥海关给予的通关便利，利于双边贸易进一步发展。
