东方证券指出，海峡恢复并非一蹴而就。船东担忧霍尔木兹海峡通行安全等因素，运价并未显著上冲且有回落。据Poten，霍尔木兹海峡“重开”后，原油运价虽因短期船舶需求集中释放而一度跳升，但并未形成持续、显著上涨。主要原因在于安全、保险、航线和通航管制等不确定性仍高，导致运价回落并保持高波动。
