据科技日报,长期以来,科学家知道药物与蛋白质相互作用受量子作用力驱动,却始终无法在生物中直接检测,只能依靠计算模型推断。如今,这种局面有望改变。据新一期《科学进展》杂志报道,美国得克萨斯农工大学研究人员开发出一种新型激光技术,可直接检测生命体系中的量子作用力,不仅能实时观察蛋白质内部的微观变化,还能预测药物与蛋白质的结合能力,为加速新药研发提供了全新工具。此次,研究团队开发出名为“热稳定拉曼相互作用分析”(TRIP)的技术。该技术基于拉曼光谱原理,通过向样品发射激光,并记录返回的分子振动信号,本质上就像“倾听”被激发化学键发出的旋律。
