智通财经APP讯，嘉高达资本(01468)发布公告，根据对本集团截至2026年3月31日止年度(2026财政年度)之未经审核综合管理账目的初步审阅，本集团预期2026财政年度将取得不超过1.5亿港元的年度亏损，较截至2025年3月31日止年度(2025财政年度)取得约1.24亿港元的年度亏损增加不超过22%。
董事会注意到，预期2026财政年度的亏损增加乃主要由于贷款应收款项减值拨备增加，预期将由2025财政年度约2680万港元增加至2026财政年度约1.12亿港元。该增加源于董事会取得并审阅独立专业估值师作出的初步估值评估后，就本集团放债业务的预期信贷亏损拨备作出上调，并已将有关评估结果反映于本公司于2026年6月26日刊发的2026财政年度初步财务业绩中。
