路透6月30日 - 澳大利亚证券监管机构周二表示，新南威尔士州一家法院裁定，曾上市的航空公司Regional Express Holdings（Rex）违反了与2023年2月利润预测相关的信息披露义务。
具体细节如下：
Rex在2023年2月的公告中曾表示，"除非出现进一步的外部冲击，否则集团对2023财年全年实现正营业利润持乐观态度。"
澳大利亚证券与投资委员会（ASIC）表示，新南威尔士州最高法院认定，该公司没有合理依据预期Rex集团自2023年4月14日起将实现上述正营业利润。
Rex 尚未立即回应路透的置评请求。
这家破产的航空公司于2025年被美国航空服务提供商Air T AIRT.O 收购 (link)，此时距离其进入自愿托管程序已过去一年。
澳大利亚公司监管机构补充称，这一决定是在前Rex执行主席林金海承认违反董事职责以及参与公司持续披露违规行为的指控数周后做出的。
