Agile Group (HKG:3383) reported Monday the further adjournment of a winding-up petition hearing against the company to Oct. 12.
Melco (Zhongshan) Business Management filed the petition with the Hong Kong High Court in December 2025 over the alleged non-payment of $18.6 million and 2.2 million yuan awarded by a China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission tribunal.
