ChainCatcher 消息，据 Decrypt 报道，乌克兰检方首次将被扣押加密资产实际移交国家资产管理机构 ARMA，逾 830 万枚 USDT 已转入其托管钱包。
上述资金来自一名疑似国际黑客团伙成员的钱包，该团伙被指对欧美企业和个人实施勒索攻击、窃取数据并在乌克兰通过购置房产和车辆洗钱，造成损失逾 1 亿美元。当前已有 4 名嫌疑人被拘押，累计查封资产超 1110 万美元，包括房产、车辆、约 100 万美元现金及加密资产。ARMA 此次接管是其 2025 年改革、强化涉案资产管理透明度后，首次涉及数字资产的托管案例。
