Strategy Inc．股价周一上涨，此前该公司宣布推出一项全新的数字信贷资本框架。该框架旨在增强其优先证券的信用质量、提升流动性，并保持长期比特币敞口，标志着公司从单向资本发行向主动资本管理转型。

　　这一新框架包含五大核心组成部分，其中最受市场关注的是总额达20亿美元的回购计划，分别授权公司回购最多10亿美元的数字信贷证券和10亿美元的A类普通股。此外，框架还包括一项比特币变现计划，授权公司在特定情况下出售比特币，例如为美元储备提供资金、支付优先股股息和利息，或为回购提供资金。

　　截至上周六，Strategy的美元储备约为25.5亿美元，可为约17.4个月的预期优先股股息及利息支出提供覆盖。公司还将STRC优先股的股息率上调至12.00%，旨在支持其交易价格接近100美元的面值。

　　Strategy首席执行官Phong Le表示，公司将根据市场情况灵活地在发行证券与回购证券之间切换，旨在创造股东价值并提高资本效率。公司联合创始人兼执行董事长Michael Saylor则强调，比特币仍然是公司的主要储备资产，新框架为公司提供了更灵活的工具来管理资本结构。此次战略调整显示了公司在市场波动中寻求主动管理、优化财务结构的意图。
