6月30日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局泉州监管分局发布批复，同意中国民生银行股份有限公司收购安溪民生村镇银行股份有限公司并设立中国民生银行股份有限公司泉州安溪凤城支行、中国民生银行股份有限公司泉州安溪龙桥小微支行、中国民生银行股份有限公司泉州安溪湖头小微支行，承接安溪民生村镇银行股份有限公司清产核资后的资产、负债、业务和员工。
