礼邦医药是一家提供肾病疗法的生物制药公司，公司拥有全球肾脏适应症覆盖范围最广的候选药物。公司的临床及临床前产品组合由一款核心产品AP301及六款其他候选产品组成，其中包括：一款临床后期候选产品(AP306)、一款临床前期候选药物(AP303)，以及四款临床前候选药物(AP308、AP304、AP305与AP307)。
其中，核心产品AP301(于2021年自Vidasym取得全部全球权利)被中国列为一类新药。AP301是一款用于治疗高磷血症的磷结合剂。高磷血症是在接受透析的 CKD患者中CKD最常见的并发症之一，存在大量未被满足的医疗需求。AP301已完成中国III期注册临床试验，预计于近期提交新药申请(NDA)，目前正在美国和中国开展全球III期关键多中心临床试验。
