智通财经APP获悉，迅策科技(03317)涨超26%，截至发稿，涨21.65%，报125.3港元，成交额3.25亿港元。
消息面上，6月26日晚，迅策科技公告称，公司当天召开了2025年度股东大会，审议并通过了全部12项普通及特别决议案，其中《授予董事会一般购回授权议案》受到市场关注。根据该授权，董事会获准可在适当时机回购不超过决议通过当日公司已发行H股总数10%的股份。按截至最后实际可行日期本公司已发行H股总数267,175,506股计算，本次授权最多可购回约2671.8万股H股。
值得关注的是，2026年6月以来，迅策科技接连获得海通国际、中信证券、华泰证券、中信建投等多家券商大行密集看好。中信建投认为，迅策已建立三大核心壁垒：全链路毫秒级实时数据处理能力、十余年深耕高壁垒行业积累的不可复制Know-how，以及产品深度嵌入客户流程带来的90%以上留存率。华泰指出，公司TokenOS覆盖数据清洗、建模、实时计算、模型适配全链路，输出可直接驱动业务决策的标准化Token，适配医疗、能源、高端制造等高溢价赛道。
