智通财经APP讯，百富环球(00327)发布公告，本集团预期于截至2026年6月30日止六个月(报告期)录得的纯利将较截至2025年6月30日止六个月的3.91亿港元增长不少于30%，尽管有关Pax Technology Australia Pty Ltd. 的商誉减值亏损约5000万港元及不利的外汇影响预期将于报告期内确认。
董事会认为，纯利的预期增长主要源于上半年度录得收入增长，此乃特别是由于美国与加拿大(USCA)地区的市场需求增长所带动，及本集团加强费用控制措施带来的营运节省。
尽管预期本集团报告期的业绩将有所改善，惟董事会因应下半年的潜在挑战尤其是零部件价格上行压力而保持审慎态度。在全球半导体供需变化影响下，若干零部件尤其是存储芯片的价格上升趋势或将持续，并可能对本集团的毛利率和销售表现造成负面影响。尽管面临上述挑战，董事会对本集团的业务营运的持续韧性仍充满信心。
