金吾财讯 | PCB概念多股扬升，截至发稿，金安智能(00567)涨9.80%，胜宏科技(02476)涨6.50%，建滔积层板(01888)涨1.97%，大族数控(03200)涨1.15%，建滔集团(00148)涨1.00%。消息面上，据韩媒6月29日披露，三星电机计划近期与日本住友化学签署正式合资协议，双方合计出资5000亿韩元组建玻璃基板合资企业。爱建证券对此认为，该次合作进一步验证全球玻璃基板产业正由技术验证迈向产线建设阶段，设备资本开支有望先于终端需求放量，设备板块将率先受益于本轮产业化进程。该机构表示，TGV玻璃基板是AI先进封装的新型载体，量产有望拉动激光打孔、金属化镀膜、电镀、曝光全流程设备需求。上海证券亦研究指出，随着硬件性能与架构升级将推动正交背板、CoWoP等新技术方案落地，也将成为引领AIPCB行业增长的重要增量，叠加ASIC服务器主板PCB的单台价值量显著高于同代GPU服务器，相关材料的升级(如M7、M8等高端材料)和工艺精进全面推动PCB价值飞速跃升。
