Shinhan Financial Group (KRX:055550) confirmed its review of various measures aimed at improving its non-bank competitiveness, in response to a recent Korea Economic Daily report about its proposed acquisition of Lotte Insurance.
According to a Monday filing with the Korean Exchange, the financial services company has not yet made a decision and will disclose further details by July 28.
