【滨化股份：刊发H股招股说明书 预计7月10日在港交所上市】滨化股份公告称，公司正在推进发行境外上市股份并在港交所主板挂牌上市工作。6月30日，公司按规定在港交所网站刊登并派发H股招股说明书。本次全球发售H股3.52亿股，其中香港公开发售3521.3万股，占10%；国际发售3.17亿股，占90%。发行价格最高不超3.59港元，香港公开发售6月30日开始，预计7月7日结束，7月9日前公布发行价，H股预计7月10日挂牌交易。
