智通财经APP讯，华润饮料(02460)公布，董事会已决定行使根据2026年6月1日举行的股东周年大会上公司股东通过的股份回购授权及任何后续由股东批准更新的股份回购授权(如适用),以购买公司股份。该计划涵盖在公开市场购买总额不超过5.3亿港元等值的公司股份。该计划自本公告日期起至下届公司股东周年大会结束。
董事会相信公司目前的财务资源足以支持其实施该计划，同时保持稳健的财务状况，以支持集团的业务增长。董事会亦认为，股份的当前成交价格并未反映其内在价值及实际业务前景，并为公司购回股份的良机。该计划亦反映了董事会对公司前景的信心及提升股东回报的重视。
