智通财经APP讯，慧聪集团(02280)发布公告，于2026年6月25日，公司收到联交所函件，当中载列以下有关恢复公司股份买卖的复牌指引：(i)刊发上市规则规定的所有尚未刊发的财务业绩，并处理任何审核修订意见;(ii)就公司日期为2026年3月23日的公布所提述，有关集团截至2025年12月31日止年度就B2B业务与若干供应商往来的预付款项，展开适当的独立法证调查，评估对公司业务营运与财务状况的影响，公布调查结果，并采取适当的补救措施;
(iii)证明并无有关集团管理层及╱或对公司管理及营运有重大影响力的任何人士的诚信、能力及╱或品格的合理监察疑虑，可能会令投资者承受风险及损害市场信心;(iv)委聘独立内部控制顾问进行独立内部控制审查并证明：(a)已发现有关暂停买卖的重大缺陷，该等缺陷已得到整改，并已实施所有必要的补救措施;
及(b)公司的内部控制足以有效地达致其目的，并使公司能够遵守上市规则及其他法律及监管规定，包括但不限于财务申报、须予公布交易与关连交易相关的披露与合规工作，以及内幕消息披露事宜;(v)证明公司遵守上市规则第13.24条;及(vi)向市场披露所有重大资料，以便公司股东及投资者评估公司状况。
