智通财经APP讯，中远海发(601866.SH)发布公告，公司拟通过间接全资子公司海南中远海发海运有限公司委托中远海运重工有限公司所属大连中远海运重工有限公司建造15艘8.7万吨级多用途粮食船(简称“标的船舶”)，交易总金额47.85亿元(不含税)。
此次新造的标的船舶将长期经营性期租给中远海运散运下属惠丰公司经营。每艘船舶的租赁期为自船舶交付日起的240个月±120天;船舶预计将于2029年中至2030年底陆续交付。在考虑船舶燃料动力改造升级后,每艘船舶交付后预期年租金约将不超过3860.61万元(不含税)。
