智通财经APP讯，中国置业投资(00736)发布公告，根据上市规则第13.49(1)条，本公司须于财政年度结束后不迟于三个月内(即2026年6月30日或的前)刊发2026年年度业绩。董事会确认，延迟刊发有关2026年年度业绩的公告(如发生)，将构成违反上市规则第13.49(1)条。本公司现正与核数师紧密合作，并尽最大努力提供所有必要的资料及文件，以供核数师在实际可行情况下尽快完成审核程序。然而，2026年年度业绩的刊发日期预计将在2026年七月中旬之前。
目前预期，本公司股份自2026年7月2日(星期四)上午九时正起将暂停在联交所买卖，直至本公司刊发2026年年度业绩为止。
