Convenience Retail Asia (HKG:0831) unit Kingdom Wise agreed to lease two premises from Fung Properties for three years starting June 29, 2026, and ending June 28, 2029.
The premises are adjoining office units in LiFung Tower, Kowloon, Hong Kong, and will be used as the company's head office, the convenience store operator said in a Tuesday filing.
Fung Properties is wholly owned by William Fung Kwok Lun, a substantial shareholder of Convenience Retail Asia.
