【浙江世宝(01057.HK)补选王志福为独立非执行董事】智通财经APP讯，浙江世宝(01057.HK)发布公告，由于龚俊杰先生至2026年6月30日已为董事会服务六年，根据中国证券监督管理委员会发布的《上市公司独立董事管理办法》的规定，彼不可继续担任公司独立董事。因此龚俊杰先生已自股东周年大会闭幕起退任独立非执行董事职务。补选王志福先生为独立非执行董事已于股东周年大会上获股东批准。王志福先生的任期自2026年6月30日起至公司2026年年度股东大会结束止(即公司第八届董事会任期届满)。
