金吾财讯 | 珞石机器人(03752)今日起招股，拟发行2303.19万股H股，其中10%为香港发售，90%为国际发售，另有15%超额配股权。每股发售价38.00港元。每手100股，入场费3838.32港元。股份预期将于7月9日挂牌上市。中金公司、国泰君安国际为联席保荐人。以发售价计算，预期集资净额约8.11亿港元，拟将其中约35.0%用于在2026年至2029年提升研发能力，及丰富机器人及相关解决方案种类。约25.0%用于在2026年至2029年发展海外销售网络以增加市场份额，支持国际业务增长。约22.0%用于在2026年至2029年提升生产效率及产能，以支持业务的迅速增长。约8.0%用于在2026年至2029年战略投资，以实现长期发展目标。约10.0%用于在2026年至2029年营运资金及其他一般企业用途5名基石投资者合共认购金额为2.75亿港元，基石投资者有6个月禁售期。
