智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，6月29日，裕承科金(00279)出现仓位异动，转仓市值总计3263.23港元，占比5.85%。该公司股东向香港上海汇丰银行转入7892.27万股，从法国巴黎银行转出7892.27万股。
裕承科金公告，于2026年4月29日，配售协议所载的全部条件已获达成，且配售事项已告完成。合共1.23亿股配售股份已根据配售协议以配售价每股配售股份港币0.490元成功配售予不少于六名独立承配人。
配售事项所得款项总额为约6030万港元，而所得款项净额(扣除开支后)为约5980万港元。公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额用作以下用途：约50.2%用于偿还股东贷款及相关成本;约40.2%用于集团之持续业务发展及提升集团现有业务;及约9.6%用作集团一般营运资金及一般企业用途。
