消息面上，6月29日，赣锋锂业发布公告，控股子公司赣锋锂电引入工银金融资产投资有限公司、兴银金融资产投资有限公司、工融金投六号(天津)股权投资基金有限公司作为投资人，按3元/1元注册资本增资合计20亿元。截至公告日，赣锋锂电已完成工商变更登记，公司仍持有其64.52%股权。
