6月30日，嘀嗒出行大涨超80%，截至发稿，涨85.83%，报2.36港元，成交额8755.81万港元。
消息面上，嘀嗒出行及同程旅行联合公布，同程旅行作为要约人作出自愿有条件全面现金要约，以收购嘀嗒出行全部已发行股份及购股权，每股要约股份作价1.3875港元，比嘀嗒出行6月30日收报1.27港元溢价约9.3%，而嘀嗒出行建议待所有条件达成后派发特别现金股息，每股1.1745港元，接纳股份要约的股东仍有权获派特别现金股息，股东不论是否接纳股份要约，均有权获派特别现金股息。
嘀嗒出行指，持有约53.7%股权的股东已作不可撤销的承诺，各自持所有股份接纳股份要约，而要约人拟透过中信银行（国际）授出最高15亿港元的融资，拨付根据要约应付所有代价。要约人作出要约的目的并非将嘀嗒出行私有化，且要约人拟于要约截止后维持嘀嗒出行在联交所的上市地位。
