直通财经APP讯，众安智慧生活(02271)发布公告，自证监会公告发布后，已发生以下事件：
(i) 诚如众安集团有限公司日期为2025年8月31日、2025年9月15日及2025年 9月29日的公告所披露，众安集团有限公司与智易东方证券有限公司于 2025年8月31日订立配售协议，据此，当时由众安集团有限公司间接持有的合共1120.4万股本公司现有股份(股份)已根据配售协议按每股配售股份3.53港元的配售价配售予不少于六名承配人，占紧接配售完成前及完成后本公司当时已发行股本的约2.17%。
(ii) 诚如本公司与众安集团有限公司联合刊发日期为2026年2月9日及2026年 2月27日的公告所披露，本公司与智易东方证券有限公司于2026年2月9日订立配售协议，合共2545万股新股份已根据配售协议按每股配售股份1.52港元的配售价配售予不少于六名承配人，占紧随配售完成后经配发及发行配售股份扩大的本公司当时已发行股本的约4.69%。
在上述配售完成后，众安集团有限公司于本公司的股权由占当时已发行股份约73.44%减少至占本公告日期已发行股份约67.94%。本公司董事会认为，上述配售亦有助于扩大本公司的股东基础。
本公司认为，上述配售有助于扩大本公司股东基础，并有助解决本公司于2025 年8月27日当时股权高度集中的情况。本公司谨此指出，证监会公告所述的本公司股权集中情况仅反映本公司于2025年8月27日的股权架构，不应作为评估本公司股权架构现况的依据。
