【7家车企完成首轮强制ESG信披 精细化提质转型成为改进方向】2026年是A股可持续发展报告强制披露元年，沪深北交易所划定首批强制披露主体需于4月30日前完成2025年度可持续发展报告发布。比亚迪、上汽集团、长安汽车、长城汽车、广汽集团、赛力斯、江淮汽车7家符合强制披露条件的整车企业全部按期提交报告。根据车企发布的可持续发展报告，汽车行业虽搭建起基础ESG披露框架，但量化指标缺失、环境合规披露失真、循环经济数据单薄等短板集中暴露，距离精细化、标准化高质量披露ESG信息仍存在明显差距。
