【半导体设备股领涨 芯片板块从上周五跌势中反弹】费城半导体指数周五下跌5.3%后，芯片股出现反弹，韩国的三星和SK海力士宣布计划建设芯片制造厂后，设备类股领涨。半导体设备股方面：应用材料上涨4.2%，科磊上涨3.0%，泛林集团上涨3.5%。其他芯片股方面：英伟达上涨1.1%，AMD上涨1.4%，Cerebras Systems上涨4.6%，博通上涨1.5%，英特尔上涨1.1%，美光科技上涨0.9%。ACM Research的美国存托凭证上涨4.1%，此前，英国媒体报道称，苹果公司正寻求白宫批准从长鑫存储采购芯片；而ACM Research是长鑫存储的设备供应商。AI产业链相关股票，如甲骨文和CoreWeave，也同步走高。
