6月30日金融一线消息，交通银行公告，近期，该行接到客户反馈，有不法分子冒用交通银行（以下简称“交行”）名义，通过涉嫌诈骗的贷款类APP、以及在地图类APP标注交行营业场所地名，虚假宣传可办理惠民贷业务，误导、欺骗客户办理贷款，严重侵害客户合法权益。

　　为切实保障广大客户的财产安全、信息安全，维护正常金融秩序，交行特此严正声明如下：

　　一、交行惠民贷业务仅通过“交通银行”APP、“买单吧”APP、“交行贷款”微信小程序、线下营业网点以及指定合作机构线上渠道办理。除此之外，其他APP、微信小程序、网络平台均无权开展该项业务。交行指定合作机构线上渠道详见本声明附件，后续可通过交银金融网-个人业务-个人贷款栏目查询最新合作机构名录。

　　二、除贷款合同明确约定的贷款利息外，交行惠民贷业务在办理过程中不向客户收取其他费用，任何向您收取惠民贷业务办理中介费或其他费用的机构或个人均与交行无关。

　　三、请您提高风险防范意识，切勿轻信网络上各类不知名贷款APP、虚假放贷广告，请妥善保管个人身份证、银行卡、手机号、验证码等敏感信息，未经核实不要向陌生账户转账，谨防网络电信诈骗。
