【丰田与Joby合资成立JTAMPC，推进S4系列eVTOL量产】6月30日，eVTOL公司Joby Aviation宣布，其全资子公司Joby与丰田汽车于6月29日签署股东协议，共同成立合资公司JTAMPC，用以建立Joby S4系列eVTOL的生产实体。根据协议，丰田出资102万美元持有合资公司51%的股份，Joby出资98万美元持股49%。董事会由5人组成，丰田占3席，Joby占2席。双方后续将就独家制造供应、知识产权许可等达成进一步协议。
