智通财经APP获悉，周一，美股半导体设备股上涨，应用材料(AMAT.US)涨近10%股价创历史新高，本月涨幅已超50%；科磊(KLAC.US)涨超7%，泛林集团(LRCX.US)涨近6%。消息面上，韩国政府周一宣布该国迄今规模最大的半导体与人工智能产业投资计划，韩国总统李在明主持“三大超级项目”发布会，宣布将在西南部投资约800万亿韩元建设四座芯片工厂，由三星电子和各承建两座，目标是在五年内将DRAM生产能力翻倍。巨额的资本支出，第一步必然是采购设备以架设产线。无论是在制造晶圆的“前道设备”，还是攸关AI芯片性能的“后道设备”，全球顶尖设备商都将直接受益于这波扩产潮。
