智通财经APP讯，三环集团(300408.SZ)发布公告，公司本次全球发售H股基础发行股数为7136.43万股(视乎超额配售权行使与否而定)，其中，初步安排香港公开发售713.65万股(可予重新分配)，约占全球发售总数的10.00%;国际发售6422.78万股(可予重新分配及视乎超额配售权行使与否而定)，约占全球发售总数的90.00%。
根据公司董事会的授权，自上市日至香港公开发售截止日后起30日内，整体协调人(代表国际承销商)还可通过行使超额配售权，即要求公司按发售价配发及发行不超过1070.46万股H股。在超额配售权悉数行使的情况下，公司本次全球发售H股的最大发行股数为8206.89万股。
公司本次H股发行的价格最高不超过每股100.30港元，公司H股香港公开发售于2026年6月30日开始，预计于2026年7月6日结束，并预计于2026年7月8日前(含当日)公布发行价格。公司本次发行的H股预计于2026年7月9日在香港联交所主板挂牌并开始上市交易。
