TGS表示，该项目将使其能够寻求行业预资助，以提供新的地震数据，旨在提高对储层潜力的认识、降低勘探风险，并为未来的许可证招标提供投资决策支持。
该公司表示，该项目支持文莱石油管理局吸引国际投资和进一步发展文莱上游油气行业的目标。
