英美烟草公司美国上市股票在盘前交易中小幅下跌，此前该公司宣布将裁减5500个岗位，力求到2028年实现6亿英镑（约合7.926亿美元）的成本节约。

　　这家销售香烟、电子烟及其他尼古丁产品的全球烟草公司周一表示，作为Fit2Win重组计划的一部分，将在今年年底前裁减5500个职位，并将另外3500个岗位转移至战略合作伙伴。英美烟草股价在开盘前下跌近2%。

　　英美烟草首席执行官塔德乌·马罗科表示：“我们正在打造一个面向未来的组织，更具灵活性、成本纪律性，并充分利用技术手段。这些变化影响到我们的许多同事，我们专注于以关怀和尊重的方式支持他们度过这一转型期，同时为企业未来发展做好布局。”

　　今年早些时候，英美烟草推出了一项人工智能驱动的生产力计划，旨在提高效率并简化工作量，公司表示这将影响组织的整体规模。此次宣布的大部分裁员计划已与受影响的员工进行了确认。
