路透7月2日 - 据彭博社周四报道 (link)，Genuine Parts公司（GPC.N）已收到O'Reilly Automotive公司（ORLY.O）对其汽车零部件业务提出的现金收购要约。据悉，这家美国零售商正探索各种方案，以进一步聚焦其工业业务。
据报道，该汽车零部件业务部门的估值可能达到100亿美元或更高。
彭博社报道称，交易可能在夏季结束前宣布，但同时提醒称，Genuine Parts仍可能选择保留该业务或寻求分拆。此外，还可能出现另一家竞购方。
午盘交易中，Genuine Parts股价上涨12.8%，O'Reilly股价下跌4.2%。
